Gd-EOB-DTPA magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) enables improved liver lesion detection as well as a better illustration of the biliary system information [1-3]. We report two cases of microwave ablation (MWA) guided by a real-time image fusion of Gd-EOB-DTPA MRI and US for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) located adjacent to the intrahepatic bile ducts.
