Based on some data of the National Institute of Statistics and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD1 ) , I’m trying to prove the fact that during the last two years while the world economic crisis has occurred, the black market has been increasing and there have been new forms of expressing this phenomenon. Although there are some positive ways of this phenomenon, on the whole, the increasing of the black market percent of GDP represents a wound within a healthy economy, which if it cannot be stopped at least to be reduced. This work intends to make radiography of the present economic society, a period of economic crisis, during which the black market has found a warm place to express and extend, in most of the countries, including the developed ones, this phenomenon has reached alarming limits. http://www.utgjiu.ro/revista/ec/pdf/2012-04.II/22_Dicoi%20Daniel%20Ioan.pdfeconomyblack marketcrisiscompaniesfraud
