Currently, there is no consensus on the management of this disease in men and even less in distant recurrences, the information that is available is extracted from the management in women and from retrospective studies. Case report: We present the case of a man with breast cancer stage IIA (T1, N1, M0) AJCC 2010 treated with modified radical mastectomy, adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy, which during the follow-up presented a nodular lesion on the face with positive histopathologic report for a metastasis from a breast adenocarcinoma then he was treated aggressively with surgery and radiotherapy to the tumor bed with adequate local control and survival of the disease. Conclusion: Breast cancer in men represents <1% of the cases. there are a few reports of patients with a few metastatic lesions to the skin from breast cancer and most of these report mention that there is no consensus in the management of these patients given its low incidence and the treatment should be individualized according to each scenario.http://www.ejmanager.com/fulltextpdf.php?mno=298644BREAST CANCERCUTANEOUS METASTASISRADIOTHERAPY
