La difficile émergence de l’entrepreneuriat social dans le processus démocratique de la Tunisie : une solution du côté des territoires ?

The process of democratic transition that started by the Jasmin Revolution in Tunisia in 2011 came along with the emergence of the social entrepreneurship ecosystem. The first part of this paper will offer an analysis of the ecosystem and will conclude that its elaboration did only very little encourage the flourishing of social entrepreneurship projects despite their importance in the success of the democratic transition. The second part will examine the hypothesis of a local extension of the social entrepreneurship ecosystem as one of the possible solutions for its development. One variety of the ISO 26 000 of the territory in Tunisia could be an efficient tool because it is locally situated.
