Therefore, the Directive 90/314/ EEC and the Consolidated Draft of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and User, do not contemplate it; these rules are adapted to regulate a market where tourists can adhere to travel conditions (destinations, dates, times ...) without being able to amend them. Having no specific rules applicable, their recruitment is currently a loophole in the Spanish law.
