Summary:Influence of modes of vacuum spatter of strengthening coverings (in particular titanium nitride) on steel samples and magnetic-pulse processing of these coverings on durability of adhesive bindings of the applied covering with bottom layer (steel sample) is studied. Results of experimental-industrial tests of the woodcutting knifes strengthened by the combined method of applying of vacuum strengthening coverings and magnetic-pulse processing are presented.
