Description
Summary:Tutoring functions and the subsequent range of tutoring profiles have been the subject of an extensive literature that fluctuates between research results and messianic postures concerning the definition of good practices. In this article, we provide some research results elements related to the distance management functions of tutors such as one can observe them from the study of interactions recorded in eight e-learning courses. After carrying out a synthesis of tutorial functions as the expert authors define them, the research objective has consisted in studying the interactions between tutors and students so as to distinguish between the experts’ definitions and the reality observed.
