Therefore we present a brief historical revision of the management, taking into account the approaches that considered the external factors influence in the organizations environment, as an example the contingency approach, the corporative strategy remodeling need, in order to present paradigmatic changes, ranging from this view several dimensions such as social, political, economical, technological, cultural, besides the environmental. Thus, the organizations are given the responsibility about providing the immediate changes that means implementing an environmental management that internalize these issues brought from the external environment, responding significantly to the environment through their strategies, over all a meaningful evolution of their organizational structure, being this an indispensable factor for the integration of the ecological dimension in the organizational scope.
