Each time competitiveness, centers more its relevance in the innovation, as element of change and transformation it has allowed designing flexible production systems, nowadays they permit to obtain efficient processes without the practice of the economies of scale. The technical, technological and university education must bring up a creative professional, who must be worried about the design, organization, technological systems management according to our reality, it is processes, where the alliances and projects be fruit of the dynamic reactivation in the dynamic reactivation in the relation enterprise University-Government. |
