Features and prob-lems of formation of Ukraine in accordance with the priorities of sustainable development of the system are disclosed. Targeting normalized socio-economic parameters of the country's position in the global space requires a balanced development of the system of absolute and comparative advantage. The troublesome of the economic development of Ukraine is weak due to the integration processes of industrial segment of the country and low added value. As a result, the vast majority of foreign trade cargo flows is performed by foreign fleet.
