Thestudy contemplates the emerging challenges in relation tothe nursing professional’s new profile, and the need for ateaching re-elaboration. It also emphasizes the need ofconstant knowledge upgrade on the part of the nursingeducator as a way to fulfill his/her goals. Finally, it considersthe ultimate importance, in the aforementioned outlook, ofeducating professionals aware of the nursing care essentiak character and, of the difference that they can make as actual nurses.
