Father had constrictive ligamentitis of both hands, operated in childhood. Finger movements are fully restored. Surgery was performed on the child’s right hand. Movements of fingers fully recovered. The left hand underwent conservative therapy. Our clinical report is interesting, because of family disease incidence of both hands in father and son.
