Summary:The paper presents an overview of the impact of organizational culture on the work of organizations with a special emphasis on state administration. Some of the causes, as well as solutions for improving its quality, have been identified, including the need to restructure human resources, in the sense of their new development and integration into systemic changes. Based on the information obtained in this research, we can conclude that it is very important to focus on the organizational culture. Restructuring of the state system can change the organizational culture and in this way significantly improve the integratedness of the state administration. The main idea of this paper is to determine the key consequent contexts of the process, as well as the approach from the perspective of integration and disintegration of the state administration in the Republic of Serbia. The analysis also included multiculturalism as an additional value. Within this context, which is of interdisciplinary character, the focus is on multiculturalism and the economic aspect as one of the crucial factors of our economic and social reality.
