Numerous researchers have closely followed this trend across different work fields and their studies have generated a clearer perception of the magnitude of the discrimination paradigm. In this respect, we analyzed the managerial field form the gender point of view, and we have also pointed out the benefits of gender diversity in an organization. The rapid developments in all spheres (economic, cultural, political, social, technological) generate challenges for managers across organizations if they don't adapt quickly enough.
