Generation of three iPSC lines from different types of pediatric acute leukemia patients

Leukemia is the most common malignant tumor in childhood. The pathogenesis of leukemia is still unclear. Therefore, it is imperative to establish effective disease models. In our study, we reprogrammed different types of pediatric acute leukemia cells into iPSCs using CytoTune®Sendai virus. All gene...

Description
Summary:Leukemia is the most common malignant tumor in childhood. The pathogenesis of leukemia is still unclear. Therefore, it is imperative to establish effective disease models. In our study, we reprogrammed different types of pediatric acute leukemia cells into iPSCs using CytoTune®Sendai virus. All generated iPSCs maintained pluripotency and spontaneous in vivo differentiation capacity.
