The hypotheses were about finding the relationship between the aforementioned group regarding the in-service training and their performances. <br />The statistical population includes 427 teachers. Using the Morgan formula the statistical sample size includes 280 teachers. <br />The method of the study was descriptive survey and the proportionate stratified sampling was used. In order to collect the data two researcher made questionnaire were used.
