Summary:Twenty four (24) Clarias broodstock fish farm Zahra Rouani in Hassi El-Fhal (Ghardaia- Algeria), divided into 2 groups of 6 males and 6 females, respectively received "the Hormone Chorionic Gonadotropin" of pregnant female (HCG-SR) and commercial HCG (HCGCO). The number of eggs obtained is respectively 84.16 ± 50.73 g and 119.333 ± 15.319 g; 5.167 ±0.753 mL and 5.333 ± 0.816 ml milt and a 68.16 in hatchability ± 22.04% and 81.66 ± 1.21%. Our results are in favor of the less expensive protocol that unpurified pituitary glands.
