| Summary: | The reason for atopic dermatitis in the majority of children under one year is known to be cow milk allergy. The only possibility to eliminate the dermatitis development among infants with the pathology and to assure healthy growth is to provide nutritional management with amino acid mix. The authors present a clinical case of the efficient application of such mix (Neocate), which is an adopted infant milk formula, enriched with a necessary complex of all nutrients, microelements and vitamins.Key words: cow milk allergy, nutritional management, children. |
