Summary:Burnout Syndrome is defined as a psychological condition personally exhaustion , cynicism, and professional inefficacy , which can occur at professionals working directly with human beings , while the Engagement as opposed construct, is a condition characterized by vigor , dedication and absorption. In the present investigation lelvó out a study on the above variables in 139 trade -dependent population of Badajoz, aged between 19 and 43 years of age , assessing the relationship between the dimensions of different constructs .
