<p>Today, the question of establishing the features of clinical course of community acquired pneumonia (CAP) due to the presence or absence of CMVI-infection persistence in the human body, the study of the type and nature of the effects of concomitant persistent CMVI on the symptoms of CAP, the effectiveness of treatment, was one of the unexplored. This issue is particularly relevant for young people, as it does not only damage the condition of patients but also directly and indirectly affects the economic component of the disease, increasing direct and indirect losses for the able-bodied patient and the state as a whole.</p>
