Indevelopmentofthetheoryofeconomicharmoniesfivelevelsareallocated. The reason of braking of scientific development in this area is defined. The need forintensification ofacademic attention towards the basic inherited properties of economic systems and the phenomenon of oogenesis, providing "heredity" and "variability" coordination in their development is proved.The concept of sustainable development of the economy of states, regions and the organizations is now represented as the trinity of economic, social and ecological components. In fact, evolving, it found new quality, and was transformed to the concept of harmonious development of social economic systems. "Genome" of the model organization is developed. Definitions of "Harmonious development of the organization", "harmonization approach to organizationsmanagement" are given. Connection of harmonious development of the organizations with quality management standards is established.
