Subordination and digital platform labour: some considerations on the French context

The fundamental categories of French labour law, in particular the subordination criterion, have been questioned in these past years. However, the Cour de Cassation has decided to maintain its traditional position. This paper tries to illustrate the possible developments about this topic.
