O autor analisa a Mensagem dos Bispos, a partir do posicionamento que esses assumem, como pastores e d o lugar, em que se situam, como confidentes e intérpretes dos povos latinoamericanos, sobretudo dos mais humildes; portanto: do lugar dos pobres.
