Objective: To describe and interpret the results of the work and their relationship with the confrontation strategies in teachers, from the current parameters of the Colombian public management. Methodology: This is a qualitative-descriptive research of interpretative type. Findings: Working conditions in Colombia are increasingly precarious. Teachers are exposed to professional circumstances that affect their quality of life and increase their stress levels.
