Material and methods The empirical material used for analysis was data from the Central Statistical Office. The basic instrument used in the analysis of wages in the voivodeship was the linear econometric model of the trend. With this model the level of remuneration for all voivodships was examined. Results Based on the results of the estimation of the created econometric model it can be stated that the trend function confirms the upward trend of the studied phenomenon, which is manifested in the increase of the average monthly salary for each voivodship in each year of observation. The increase in the average remuneration for each of the voivodships was at different levels but very similar in the country. The lowest value of remuneration from 2015 to 2002 occurred in the Mazowieckie voivodeship, where it was 176.05%. It may seem unnatural that in the voivodeship with the highest level of remuneration, the lowest wage growth was observed in each year. The highest salary increase over the surveyed 14-year period can be attributed to the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, where the remuneration for 2015 constituted 194.32% of the remuneration earned in the first year of the analysis. The average for the whole country was 185.34%. Conclusions The high values of the determinants R ^ 2 for each of the voivodships indicate the proper fit of the model to the empirical data. The value of this coefficient was not below 98% for any of the voivodships. This confirms a similar level of wage growth at the provincial level.http://www.journalssystem.com/jms/Modelowanie-poziomu-wynagrodzen-w-Polsce,85282,0,2.htmlsalarychange trendeconometric modelDifferentiation of wagesKMNK method
