Description
Summary:The purpose of the work: to develop a method of training the throw with one hand from the shoulder and to check the effectiveness of its use in physical education classes in 6 classes. Matrials and methods. The study was attended by 62 pupils of 6 classes, of which 31 students entered the experimental group, 31 - to the control group. Methods of research: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, video recording with the following computer processing of material, pedagogical observations, testing, method of mathematical statistics with the use of computer programs "EXEL" and "SPSS-11", pedagogical experiment. Results The developed methodology is quite effective for teaching 6-grade schoolchildren one-handed shoulder. After the experiment, the effectiveness increased in the experimental group to 6 improvements on the right side (t = 6.8; p <0.001); from the left side - up to 5.7 (t = 6.8; p <0.001) with a significant decrease in the number of errors . At the end of the experiment, the quality of possession of the technique of throwing one hand from the shoulder from the place in the experimental group was higher than in the control group. The experimental group tested exceeded the tested control group for all indicators (at p <0.001). Conclusions The developed method of training the rollers from the middle distance in basketball with the use of a printing device is more effective compared to the traditional one.
