It occurs in a ratio from 1:5000 to 1:20000. In this case report, a case of a 50-year-old man who was diagnosed with the symptomatic presence of gallstones with the usage of ultrasound. The patient underwent the laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the surgical procedure lasted for 90 minutes, it was successfully completed and the patient was discharged on the first postoperative day.https://scindeks-clanci.ceon.rs/data/pdf/2490-3329/2017/2490-33291702145S.pdf
