Summary:Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE ) as an autoimmune disease causing widespread inflammation and tissue damage in several organs. Nonspecific constitutional symptoms are the most common presentation in new cases and flares. We present a young male who presented with finger discoloration found to have SLE without fulfilling the criteria of antiphospholipid syndrome. The aim of this case is to emphasize on early identification of SLE to proper diagnosis and commence management.
