The article describes the multi-lingual collections and services of the Center and its efforts to extend services worldwide via the Internet and through agreements with libraries in other countries. Collections and services for Chinese readers are detailed, and the role of the Center in the Queens Library's strategic plans is explained.</span></span></span></p>
