Summary:Acts (documents) of European Court of Human Rights Mechanisms of the international contentious law are frequently claimed by the European litigants in front of the international jurisdictions which activity vises the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms. The judicial acts rendered by such jurisdictions have effects not only upon the states, but also upon the individuals, representing not an abstract statement if affect the life of certain persons. The European Court of Human Rights adopts judgments based on individual applications, which reestablish and repair the rights violated by state authorities and indicates to the states the lacks of the national legal systems. These judgments, part of generic category of international judicial acts, should be executed unconditionally in internal legal order of the concerned states.
