The study subjects were 11 users welcomed the CAPS and four professionals responsible for the welcoming. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis. Was observed as noise: the social division of labor CAPS team studied difficulties in the reference system and cross-reference and the work of the psychiatrist focusing only on participatory consultations and little acceptance in CAPS. The host of CAPS is a strategy for organizing health services in order to be user-centric, but for this noise should be observed and discussed among staff and users to work in CAPS ensure access, the integrity of actions and the resolution needs.https://periodicos.ufpel.edu.br/ojs2/index.php/enfermagem/article/view/3418saúde mentalacolhimentoprocesso de trabalho.
