Based on an ergonomic engineering approach to implement the design process of these hybrid courses, this initiative was undertaken as a research-action-development that mobilized a set of actors, including three FSL teachers. Through their portraits, we propose an analysis of the contextual, pedagogical and professional ideal dimensions of their professional representations as hybrid pedagogues. These portraits emerged as the result of the qualitative analysis of a questionnaire distributed upstream of the hybrid initiative and a semi-directed interview conducted afterwards. They led to a draft model of the pedagogical dimension of language teaching in a hybrid mode.http://journals.openedition.org/alsic/3138blended learningcourse designrepresentations
