The Question of Analyzing System Safety with Consideration to Human Factor
This article presents the research results of the human factor effect on system safety. The authors used historical data on inductive reasoning to obtain the results. The article shows that there is no good reason to believe that there is no human factor that the human factor has no effect on system...

The authors used historical data on inductive reasoning to obtain the results. The article shows that there is no good reason to believe that there is no human factor that the human factor has no effect on system safety. In other words, it is considered that most disasters and incidents were initiated by human beings, the so-called, human factor.
