This analysis is done by means of an exam , as an example , by the marks of the superior education reforms in some countries of the center and of the periphery, such as Canada, Australia , Argentina and Brazil , analysis which indicates a very clear passage of a autonomous university model - independent of the state's direction, still that defrayed by this one , and of the market - for someone of an heteronomous university - dependent of resources , of direction and control not only from the State , but in special from the market . |
