Generally epistemology is the branch of philosophy that's studies knowledge. It attempts to answer the basic question about knowledge and its creation, source, use, borders etc. Library and information science is working about knowledge, too. Relationship between two area comes from not only concept of knowledge but also as a social source, each area try to maksimize social use of knowledge. In our study we try to explain relationship between too area with différent ways in part one. In part two we try to explain knowledge theory and information services in economical and social changing proses. We will estimate impact ofall of the changing process to knowledge theory and relationship with library and information services.
