Summary:The research aims at determining: 1. Time management for the physical education teachers and games trainer of the physical education directorate. 2. The common locus of control among the physical education teachers and games trainer of the physical education directorate. 3. Relation between locus of control and time management for the physical education teachers and games trainer of the physical education directorate. The descriptive method has been used, the sample included ( 24)games trainer and teacher of physical education . Two methods have been adopted, first one to recognizing the time management for games trainer and teacher of physical education, and second to determine their locus of control after testing their validity and reliability. The data were analysis statistically by using the percentage, Alpha coefficient, mean, and Pearson coefficient. The researcher concluded the following: 1. Physical education teachers and games trainer of the physical education directorate do not have good time management ability. 2. The common locus of control among physical education teachers and games trainer of the physical education directorate is the internal locus of control. 3. There is negative significant relation between time management and locus of control.
