Summary: | This paper addresses some dimensions of the political practices and thinking carried out by groups of workers during the sixties and seventies in Argentina, focusing in the experiences of Córdoba and Villa Constitución. The aim is to research the agency of the working class, the process of subjectivation out of which workers became the locus of an alternative and emancipatory policy. At the same time, it also investigates the conceptual elaborations that the workers made, and still make, of their own political experience of self-organization. This way of inquiring the links between what is nominated under the terms intelligence and politics looks forward to become a gateway to working-class political practices and worker´s own intellectual understandings about them.
