Description
Summary:Based on the fact that the diversity outreach includes attention to everyone, the highly-gifted should be taken into consideration, making them visible, diagnosed and attended, offering the adequate response to meet these persons’ needs. It is necessary to have a detection system that will make easier the planning and implementation of resources, support and educational intervention programs which will allow us to offer both an adequate educational attention quality and the personal and social welfare of highly-gifted students. This article presents a case study, its diagnose and the possible courses of action as well as strategies that are complementary to the ones used to facilitate an improvement of necessary psycho-educational actions.
