Higher education institutions must train students to become well-informed and deeply motivated citizens, equipped with a critical sense and capable of analyzing society's problems, seeking solutions for those that arise in society, applying these and assume social responsibilities. UNESCO (1998). Given this premise, a model called Integrative Training Dossier is presented, which seeks the creation of competencies as well as the development of creativity and innovation that allows the Public Accounting student to build their knowledge with teacher support, as well as to achieve contrast learning. of what was learned in the classroom with its application in the context that will be faced. In this way the student will be clothed with skills to act satisfactorily in the context and be an agent that responds to the needs of society. The pretensions of this model is to know the perspective of the student in the development of the pedagogical strategy Integrative Training Dossier, where the results obtained account for the achievements of the students in the creation of competencies, development of creativity, innovation and work attitudes as a team, as well as the commitments they acquire with society in the performance of their functions as Public Accountants.
