Description
Summary:The object of the research is the ZSMU-70 armament unit, which consists of an armoured fighting vehicle and the WW-4 launcher mounted on it along with unguided missiles NLPR-70. The launch of the missiles was recorded at a rocket range with a fast digital camera the Phantom v0.1. Three missiles were launched at short time intervals. Each missile moved along a different path. Due to the fact that the trajectories differed the spread at the potential target site should be perceived as considerable. An analysis of the moments the missiles leave the launcher showed the existence of differences in the take-off parameters. The appearance of adverse conditions for the missile launch results from the dynamics of the system. In order to interpret the obtained results a physical model of the armament module in a vertical plane was formulated. This elaboration is justified by a virtue of the existing symmetry of the inertial characteristics and geometry of the discussed armament module as well as discussing the assembly movement at a rocket range. The conducted modal analysis and the analysis of free vibration using the fundamental dynamic characteristics of the formulated model proved that the negative beat phenomenon is likely to occur. The aim of the study is to determine the influence of introducing the rheological damping elements into the launcher-armoured vehicle model on the conditions of unguided missiles launch.
