Department of Islamic Philosophy.The purpose of this article is to explain the educational approach of Imam Reza (P.B.U.H.) in the field of religious spirituality and the requirements of spiritualism in his view. In this paper, while defining the theoretical concepts of research (spirituality, religious spirituality and spiritual education), we first identified the foundations of spiritual education with a religious attitude. The most important foundations of spiritual education in the Razavi cultural context are the existence of the sacred / God, the existence of the soul and the existence of the supernatural (the intermediary (or imaginal) world (isthmus), the hereafter, detachment from the material world and avoidance from being satisfaied only by the material world). The research method in this article is content analysis and we used the deductive approach as a criterion for application. The resource is the sources of authentic Shiite narration in general and the traditions narrated from Imam Reza in particular. In addition, documents examining and explaining the requirements of religious spirituality were studied. The findings of the study were Razavi's spiritual training methods, which were categorized into four general types, and some of them were divided into more detailed cases:) Theism and the belief in God (including the categories of belief-centered and action-centered), Optimism and positive thinking (including the creator-centered methods and the created-centered methods), - Increasing the threshold of resilience in the face of bitterness and - Lack of attention to the world. The result is that  the only way to the attainment of a lasting peace of mind lies in the context of religious spirituality through maximum attention to the sacred and the supernatural, the application of rationalism and religious rationality, religiosity and adherence to religious teachings.https://esi.journals.isu.ac.ir/article_75361_c268a9e7902dcace6a96527e45962fed.pdfpeacethe sacredgodlinesspositivitycontentmentresilience
