Therefore<span lang="AR-SA" dir="RTL">،</span> the term "system" is correct and is consistent with Article 47/1 of the Law of the "Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research" No. 40 of 1988. The instructions of scientific promotions also included legislative addition Not compatible with the general framework of the law of the ministry<span lang="AR-SA" dir="RTL">.</span></strong> <br /><strong>The instructions for promotion do not guarantee legal stability because of the speed of its entry into force<span lang="AR-SA" dir="RTL">،</span> as well as the ambiguity of some of its clauses<span lang="AR-SA" dir="RTL">،</span> and it did not achieve equality on the basis of the scientific effort of academics<span lang="AR-SA" dir="RTL">،</span> nor did the instructions guarantee the right to sue in cases of awarding scientific titles</strong> |
