During the embryological period the defects in the closure of neural tube leads to open or closed spinal dysraphism. At the present day with the improving neurochirurgical techniques, the patients multidisciplinary follow-ups became important as a matter of the health quality. To prevent and to determine the urological complications some approaches became standardized. In the long term period all accompanying pathologies have to be beared in the mind in addition to neurosurgical prognosis and the patients must have to be guided indeed.
