It can result in macular edema, neovascular glaucoma and other serious damage which all impair the visual function, even causing permanent, irreversible vision loss. In recent years, there is a deeper understanding of its occurrence and development with a large number of scholars have further study of RVO. This article reviews the pathogenesis, influencing factors of vision and treatment of RVO. |
