Summary: | The purposes of this study were to 1) study the element of Identity in
Nakhonratchasima College of Dramatic Arts. 2) Development of identity enhancement model
and development of identity enhancement model in Nakhonratchasima College of Dramatic
Art. This research was conducted using the participatory action research process.
The focus group in this development consisted of 5 administrator 30 teacher
96 student 8 parent,139 persons, at Nakhonratchasima College of Dramatic Arts under
the office of Bunditpatanasilpa Institute Ministry of Culture in the academic year of 2015,
obtained using the purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in the research were
an interview form, a note taking form on the meeting,a questionnaire, an observation form,
and an evaluation form. The qualitative data were analyzed using in-depth interview, focus
group discussion, participant observation, and note-taking on the meeting of the team for
condition diagnosis to build the team for solving operational problems.
The quantitative data were analyzed using frequency and percentage.
The findings were as the follows: 1). The elements of the Learning Developing Model
of Identity Nakhonratchasima College of Dramatic Arts. The Identity Symbols consists of six
elements is Name and Logo, Mark,Presentation, Alphabet, Colors Identity, Combination
Marks and 24 indicators by professional staff with complete integration of cycling system.
And 2) For the model of Identity, it was found that the model had 8 factors comprising (W)
Wisdom, (E) Efficiency in Education of Arts, (A) Academic Excellence, (R) Responsibility,
(E) Environment, (N) Norms, (S) Strategic Management, (C) Culture, the abbreviation of
this model couple be “WE ARE NSC” |
