Description
Summary:Finding the density of specific nucleotides is an important task in DNA sequence analysis. The technique, which is based on graphical representations of DNA sequences, allows for comparison, testing, and storage of different sequences. We create three typical curves in this research based on the categorization of four base DNA sequences. The DNA sequence fluctuation and geometrical centers of three curves organized into 12 component vectors were represented. The Euclidean distance between generated vectors is used to study and compare coding sequences for ten different species.
