| Summary: | This research study was established with the purpose of reflecting on the Sorrowful Joy Leave the Country, ie relate the phenomenon of migration toward Venezuelans abroad, especially destined to the United States. Regarding the research methodology used was qualitative in nature and implemented the method was phenomenological, which took into account the views of some Venezuelans who are abroad. Among the most important findings: that migration in the world is not a new phenomenon , however , migration in Venezuela began slowly in the eighties , but over time has grown significantly , the people who migrate do so in search of better pay and conditions for quality of life. In addition to the above, hundreds of Venezuelans have gone abroad without the possibility of return in the short or medium term the country, contributing to the deterioration of economic development in Venezuela.
