Summary:Endometrial polyps are common pathologic findings in gynecologic pathology practice. Although malignant changes in these lesions are uncommon, numerous studies confirmed this association especially with endometrial serous and clear cell carcinoma. Two cases of malignant endometrial polyps in association with presumed precursor lesion in one of them are presented.
