Summary:Testimony of the almost 800 year-long history of the monastery of Treskavac one of the great monastic and spiritual centres of the Ohrid archbishopric in addition to historical sources, chrysobulls, manuscripts, inscriptions and monastery records, lies in the presentations of historical personalities on the walls of the monastery's Church of the Dormition of the Virgin. In terms of importance, among them, one may single out the images of Byzantine emperors and the Serbian king, Stefan Dušan.
