Finally, according to the key risk points determined by the empirical analysis, combined with the current status of the power grid infrastructure project cost risk management, a series of targeted measures and suggestions are proposed for the project cost management. The thesis evaluates the impact of the cost risk factors at all stages of the entire life cycle of the power grid infrastructure project, which can provide a useful reference for the establishment and improvement of the power grid transmission and transformation project cost risk management and control system, and has certain practical significance and reference value. Finally, the paper summarizes and prospects the full text.
